Congress Date and Venue

The Congress will be held between February 17-19, 2017 at Conrad Hotel in Dubai.

Congress Language

The Congress will be held in English.

Congress Badges

Badges must be warn during all sessions, social activities and exhibitions. All participants who have finalized their registration may receive their badges from the registration desk together with all other documents. Those who wishes to register onsite will also receive their badges from the desk.

Season

In February the lowest degrees is 20°C and highest is 25°C.

Invitation Letter

All registered participants upon request has the right to ask for a letter of invitation. This invitation can only be used to facilitate permission to participate from their institution.

Certificate of Participation

Certificate of participation will be given to all registered participants of the congress.

United Arab Emirates Visa

Ordinary passport holders are subject to the visa. Special, Service and Diplomatic Passport holders are exempt from visa for up to 90 days.
